			Sheri Cole leads Career Wardobe, one of the nation’s largest community-based nonprofit organizations that assist women in transition to work by providing professional clothing and career skills training. Under Ms. Cole’s leadership, Career Wardrobe has managed a 90% growth in demand for its services, expanded its service offerings, and increased its budget to over $800,000, as well as opened The Wardrobe Boutique, an upscale recycled clothing store. 			Caitlin Day is Career Wardrobe’s Education and Outreach Manager. One of Caitlin’s main duties with Career Wardrobe is to develop a new job readiness curriculum for Career Wardrobe with volunteers and strengthen Career Wardrobe’s relationships with the Philadelphia communities to provide information to women who need our services. 			Kendall Farrell leads Bottomless Closet NYC, providing vision and leadership, strategic planning, and programmatic development for this million-dollar organization that serves 3,000 women per year. 			Trina Fleming is Director of Operations and Marketing for WHW (Women Helping Women/Men2Work), and is charged with enhancing and maintaining internal organization processes, overseeing all facility needs, the development and management of technology support and a focused outreach to local small business partners. Ms. Fleming leads a volunteer Marketing and Public Relations Committee focused on critical marketing and outreach to all of WHW’s constituents and effective communication between the organization and the public. As the co-founder of Fitted for Work (Australia), she has brought the innovative services of Bottomless Closet NYC to disadvantaged women in Australia. She is the Secretary of the TWA Board of Directors, and currently chairs the Oxfam New York Committee, where her expertise is gender and job security.
