The Women’s Alliance is a national organization of independent, community based members who provide professional attire and career skills training to low income women and their families seeking self sufficiency.

The Women's Alliance provides a point of focus for collaborative efforts among organizations delivering similar services, thereby maximizing resources, expertise and best practices to every member’s ultimate benefit. As such, The Women’s Alliance functions as a national center for collaborative program development, fund raising, public relations, marketing and communication efforts.

The Women's Alliance National Smart & Sexy Day

In 2012, The Women’s Alliance (TWA) partnered with Ariela-Alpha International to establish March 13 as Smart and Sexy Day in the United States.

The holiday celebrates that women are capable, feminine and hirable from the inside out. The goal of the holiday is to help women feel good about who they are, because feeling good is looking good.

Women who attend Smart & Sexy Day at a participating TWA location will receive professional clothing and training to help them compete in the job market. They will be taught how to shop and build their wardrobe for work, including how to find foundational garments to help them feel good about who they are.
